Refund & Returns Policy

At Fracks Air Compressors, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. We offer a 30-day returns and refund policy from the date you receive your order, subject to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To request a return, you must contact Fracks Air Compressors within 30 days of receiving your item.
Returned products must generally be:
- In their original condition;
- Unused and undamaged (unless the return relates to a fault or issue covered under Australian Consumer Law);
- Returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals and documentation where applicable.
Proof of purchase may be required before a return can be processed.
2. Change of Mind Returns
Change of mind returns are not automatically guaranteed and are subject to approval by Fracks Air Compressors at our discretion.
If a change of mind return is approved:
- A $150 restocking fee will apply;
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs;
- Original shipping, delivery or freight charges are non-refundable;
- The product must be returned in an acceptable condition as determined by Fracks Air Compressors.
Approval of a change of mind return does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or does not meet a consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us as soon as possible.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Where required by Australian Consumer Law, Fracks Air Compressors will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.
4. Shipping Costs
Unless required under Australian Consumer Law:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer;
- Original shipping, freight and delivery fees are not refundable;
- Any costs associated with returning the product safely are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Any applicable restocking fees or non-refundable charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
6. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact Fracks Air Compressors with:
- Your order number;
- Proof of purchase;
- Details of the item you wish to return;
- The reason for your return.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Nothing in this policy limits, excludes or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
